I don’t have a craft room.

I don’t really have an office either, so all of my crafting supplies have been living in the back corner of my dining room for basically a year.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE DREAMBOX

The Dreambox has endless options. The best part about it is that you can use it for whatever crafting genre you’re into. For me, I basically have a million different interests, so you’ll see that I have every Cricut machine, a laminator, some ribbon for gift wrapping, bullet journals and acryolgraph pens, tons of other pens and markers, sneaker paint, acrylic paints, lots of customizable blanks, paper and office supplies. (Definitely not the full comprehensive list, but you get the point).

MY DREAMBOX CONFIGURATION

There are many ways to configure your dreambox. You can keep it super basic with what the base comes with or you can upgrade like I did. Here’s what my dreambox configuration looks like.

White Shaker  – I loved the finished look of this especially since its going in my dining room. 

DIY Service – It comes neatly packed. It takes longer to put together than the pre-built service, but if you like building furniture this is for you. Many people compare it to building Ikea furniture but its WAY easier and way less frustrating because the instructions have words. If you have the budget to go with the pre-built, do it. You’ll save a ton of time which you can use on how you want to organize. I show all the deets in this extreme craft room makeover video.

Full Set Inview Totes (80 count) – This count depends on how much you have. 

Crown With Light – My dining room lighting sucks, so the crown lighting was necessary for me, especially because I record diy and craft videos.

3 Built In Drawers – I loved this because it made the Dreambox look more like a desk when it’s open, which I loved. And who could go wrong with more storage? Exactly, no one.

THE DREAMBOX SIZE

The Dreambox is 3’ 1” wide when its closed and 9’ wide when its open.

And this is what my Dreambox looks like when its fully opened. This view is opened to the full 9′. My dining room is narrow so the bottom of the image gets cut off.

My Dreambox is usually stored in the back corner of my dining room. Since my wall does not measure the full 9′ wide, the swing doors make it convenient to open it on an angle. This is why I love the Dreambox because of its flexibility.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Shipping and delivery was a breeze. They ship via freight line, so it will not be shipped by UPS or FedEx. The shipping company calls the day before they deliver and an hour before they get to your house. I even got an email from the Customer Service team letting me know that they’ve upgraded the packaging and now it has EVEN MORE cushion. None of my pieces were damaged. It came perfectly shipped.

Here’s what my crafting space looked like before. As I mentioned before, it wasn’t really a craft space. It was the nook in my dining room.

This layout only fits 1 large tote, 1 medium, 2 small totes so be sure to have extra paper on hand to cut it a few times!
