The laundry room makeover is DONE! It’s crazy how I was able to survive this laundry room that was pretty much ‘blah’ before. I mean, the extra large laundry baskets took up way too much valuable space! And don’t get me started on the inside of the cabinets.

The makeover on this space is one of my favorites! I love how it is extremely organized and now the countertop stays clean at all times.

1. DIY Wallpaper in Laundry Room

The first things I did was apply navy palm leave removable decals allover a light grey painted wall in the laundry space. This allowed the room to have a pop of color and pattern. I love the idea of a hidden pattern, then when someone opens the door its a nice surprise.

I used my cricut for this part. It was super easy to do.

2. Add Knobs

Sometimes it’s the small details that can really bring a room together. That’s why I added these matte black cabinet knobs to the laundry room. Although its a small change, it made a difference in the overall look of the laundry room!

3. Organization

Since this is a small space, maximizing on space was a MUST for me. I wanted to consolidate all the laundry detergents and cleaning supplies in the cabinets.

Thats why I used these clear acrylic drawers and these glass laundry bottles to store everything.

I also stocked up on paper towels, tissue, and other cleaning supplies in the other cabinet. On the countertop, I kept these glass containers filled with oxi clean and one filled with scent boosters. The hyacinth basket keeps hand towels for my powder room just outside the laundry room.

This is a small laundry room makeover which is very inspiring for anyone who has a small laundry space like I do!
