As time goes on and we look back to see what we’ve accomplished, pictures and videos help us relive the moments of what we did with our time. For me, 2021 was all about diving into my home diy journey and creating spaces that I love to be in. Here are my favorite makeovers that I’ve completed this year and my favorite beginner home diy projects for 2021.

Small Master Bathroom Makeover

My small master bathroom makeover was inspired by vintage modern feels. I wanted to go bold in the bathroom and I’m glad I took the chance on this bathroom in 2021! This is my second bathroom makeover which makes this a top beginner home diy project that anyone can do. I give my step by step tutorial in this video here. Home DIY Master Bedroom Makeover

When you’re just learning how to complete home diy projects, staying on budget is key. In this DIY Master Bedroom Makeover, I showed how to transform one space with two looks, using what you have to make the bedroom feel more luxe, but on a budget. Whether you’ve leaned more toward the vintage modern bedroom or the spiced rum bedroom look, both looks turned out nice.

Toddler Bedroom Makeover

The toddler bedroom makeover was probably my favorite room makeover this year. If you are looking for a quick and easy tutorial on how to DIY board and batten, this video shows you how.

DIY Book Nook

Also in this toddler bedroom makeover, the DIY book nook and DIY removable wall decal that was created using a Cricut! This was an easy and creative way to include a book nook in a small bedroom.

DIY Staircase Makeover

This home DIY project really tested my patience! I I’m glad this project is completed! It was not easy running after a 2 year old making sure the gel stain was dry, but it was worth it! In 2022, I plan to update the hallways!

Small Pantry Organization + Makeover

I definitely thought this was one of the best beginner home DIY hacks out there! I created this DIY wood shelf tutorial myself and did not do any research to see what other people did. This DIY wood shelf hack was ingenious! I hope more people watch the video in the future and tries it out!

DIY Dining Room Makeover

The dining room was one of my first diy projects of 2021! Painting this feature wall in this dining room definitely adds an elegant style to my home. I can’t wait to complete some of the other home diy projects that I have planned for 2022.
